In the event of delays due to weather or sea conditions, arrival time in Oslob may be affected. Whale shark interaction slots are assigned based on actual arrival, and availability is not guaranteed. There may be instances where slots are unavailable due to delays or if whale sharks are not present on the day.
In the event that the tour has already commenced and any portion is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions or technical issues), only the unused portion of the tour will be eligible for a partial refund.
In the unlikely event that same-day return travel to Panglao is cancelled, we will assist in arranging accommodation or alternative transportation; however, all related costs shall be borne by the guest.

Please also note that the return boat from Oslob to Panglao departs strictly at 11:30 AM .

If time or slot limitations prevent the whale shark activity, the itinerary will be adjusted to include a visit to Tumalog Falls instead, ensuring you still have an enjoyable experience.
