Cancellation & Modification Policy

Changes to the pickup time, flight details, passenger count, or destination are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
6 days before the tour date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
5 days or less before the tour date: Subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be provided.
Force Majeure (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions): A full refund, less a 20% administrative fee, may be issued.
