Description

Cebu parasailing in Mactan is one of the most popular watersports activities in Cebu, offering a smooth, scenic flight above the sea with panoramic views of Mactan Island. Operated by a professional crew, this experience is suitable even for first-time participants. After a short safety briefing, guests are gently lifted from the boat and soar up to approximately 150 feet above sea level.

Parasailing may be booked on its own or as part of popular 2-in-1 (Parasailing + Jet Ski) and 3-in-1 (Parasailing, Jet Ski + Banana Boat) combos, with optional add-ons like Helmet Diving and Wakeboarding.

Things to Know

Parasailing requirements (weight & pairing)

What’s the weight requirement for parasailing? Minimum weight is 90 lbs. Maximum combined weight is 375 lbs.
How many people can fly together? Parasailing flights are typically done in pairs. In some cases, 1 adult with 2 kids may be allowed, subject to combined weight limits and the captain’s final safety assessment. The captain’s decision is final.

Kids & minors

Can kids join parasailing? Yes, with conditions:
Children below 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Ages 13–18 joining without a parent must be escorted to the dock by an adult (18+).
Guests below 18 may require parent or guardian consent.

Jet Ski rules (for combo packages)

How many riders per Jet Ski? Maximum of 2 riders per unit, with staff supervision.
Age rules: Must be at least 8 years old to ride. Must be 18+ to drive alone. Ages 16–17 may drive with written authorization from a parent or guardian and must be on the same Jet Ski as the parent or guardian.
Weight limit: Maximum combined weight of 450 lbs per Jet Ski.

Weather, schedule & safety

Is parasailing weather-dependent? Yes. All activities are subject to weather and sea conditions for safety.
Best time to go? Morning schedules are recommended for better sea conditions.
Alcohol policy: Guests under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to operate Jet Skis.
What to wear: Water shoes or sandals are recommended. Eyeglass straps are advised if needed.
Booking tip: Slots are limited, especially during peak season. Advance booking is recommended.

Cancellation & important notes

Cancellation fees apply depending on how close to the activity date the cancellation is made.
If an activity is canceled due to weather, the processing fee remains non-refundable.
