7:00 AM – 7:30 AM: Hotel pickup within General Luna

All confirmed and paid day tour packages are subject to the following cancellation terms:

6 days before the tour date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
5 days or less before the tour date: Subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be provided.
Force Majeure (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions): A full refund, less a 20% administrative fee, may be issued.

Rebooking Policy

All confirmed and paid bookings are non-refundable once the applicable cancellation period has passed.
Rebooking is permitted, subject to availability and the agreed rebooking timeline.
Additional charges may apply if there are fare differences, supplier price adjustments, or other applicable fees at the time of rebooking.
