Cancellation & Modification Policy

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your seaport transfer.
Changes to the pickup time passenger count, or destination are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
6 days before the tour date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
5 days or less before the tour date: Subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be provided.
Force Majeure (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions): A full refund, less a 20% administrative fee, may be issued.
