✈️ Why travel insurance matters
Medical emergencies, flight delays, lost baggage, trip cancellations, and even COVID-19-related hospitalization can derail a trip. A good policy protects your health and your wallet—some embassies (e.g., Schengen countries) also require insurance for visa issuance.
📝 Quick steps to choose the right plan
- Match by destination: Worldwide Elite for Europe/Schengen & long-haul; Asia & Oceania for nearby trips; Domestic for PH travel.
- Check medical limits & key perks: COVID-19 in-patient treatment, flight delay, baggage loss, loss of gadgets, trip cancellation & “for any reason” coverage where available.
- Decide Single vs Multi-Trip: Multi-Trip covers multiple journeys per year (with per-trip day caps).
- Consider family coverage: Family plans allow spouse + children under one policy (age rules apply).
- Seniors 76+: Coverage is available; contact Pacific Cross Travel Sales Team for premiums/benefits (see details below).
