Airport Pick-Up Process

  • The driver will wait at the designated green plate commercial vehicle area and will send a guidance map in advance.
  • 90 minutes of free waiting time start from the actual flight landing time.
  • If the flight is significantly delayed, the operator may change the driver, but your journey will not be affected.

Communication & Coordination

  • Please provide your WhatsApp number at booking (primary channel with the driver).
  • On service day, the driver will message you directly.
  • By 5:00 PM the day before, we will send the driver’s name, plate number, and details.

Vehicle Capacity (Quick Guide)

  • Alphard (Luxury MPV)
    • With luggage: up to 6 passengers and 4 large suitcases. Recommendation: Best comfort at 4 passengers + 4 large suitcases. Up to 6 passengers possible if traveling light (luggage space limited to 4 large).
    • Without luggage: maximum 6 passengers.
  • Van (Toyota HiAce or similar)
    • With luggage: up to 9 passengers + 4 large suitcases, or up to 6 passengers + 6 large suitcases.
    • Without luggage: maximum 9 passengers per van.

Bigger vans & buses are available upon request and subject to availability. We partner with a licensed local car charter company.

Booking Process

  1. Tell us your date, flight details (for airport pick-up) or hotel/Airbnb name & exact address (for city pick-ups).
  2. We’ll send a quotation (website prices are for reference; actual quotes reflect any applicable surcharges and capacity needs).
  3. Upon your agreement, we’ll send a secure payment link.
  4. Pay via online credit card, GCash, or bank transfer.
  5. Receive your service voucher after payment.
  6. Provide your WhatsApp number for driver coordination.
  7. By 5:00 PM the day before service, receive the driver’s details and plate number.

Is the price the same for Narita → Tokyo and Tokyo → Narita?

  • Yes. Rates are the same both ways.

How does the pick-up work?

  • The driver will wait in the designated green plate vehicle area and send you a guidance map in advance. If you request meet & greet, the driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall (surcharge applies). On the day of service, the driver can also communicate with you directly via WhatsApp for smoother coordination.

What if my flight is delayed?

  • The 90-minute free waiting time starts from your actual landing. If the delay is significant, the operator may need to change the driver, but your transfer will still proceed.

Do drivers speak English?

  • Drivers generally speak simple English. Triphappy provides additional support in English & Tagalog via Messenger, Viber, or WhatsApp.

Can you provide bigger vehicles?

  • Yes, we can arrange larger vans and buses upon request, subject to availability. We partner with a licensed local car charter company.
