Vehicle Capacity (for day trips without large luggage):

Toyota Alphard: Up to 6 passengers (backpack or personal item only)
Toyota HiAce Van: Up to 9 passengers (backpack or personal item only)

RATES — DISTANCE & OVERTIME (OUTSIDE TOKYO)

Trips exceeding 300 km in one day will incur a surcharge of PHP 1,500 per extra 10 km.
If both overtime (beyond 10 hours) and excess distance occur, only the overtime fee is applied.
Applies to charters starting/ending in Tokyo and nearby areas.
Does not cover long-distance routes (e.g., Tokyo ⇄ Osaka) — custom quotes required.

The charter includes a private vehicle with driver for up to 10 hours, starting from your chosen pick-up time. You can customize your itinerary within Tokyo or for destinations outside the city.

Can I use this charter for day trips outside Tokyo?

Yes — popular day trips include Mount Fuji, Hakone, Nikko, and Yokohama. For trips outside Tokyo, rates are calculated per 300 kilometers.

Are these transfers VIP?

Yes — this is a VIP private charter, meaning the vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group. No shared rides, no waiting.

What happens if we exceed 10 hours?
