HOTEL POLICIES

Standard check-out time is 12:00 NN and check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the Front Office but are subject to the availability of rooms with a corresponding surcharge.
Guests checking out before their scheduled departure are subject to an Early Check-out charge of one night.
Airport transfers are free of charge. However, guests are required to register their flight details at the Front Desk for confirmation.
A security deposit of ₱2,000 for Standard, Superior, and Premier Rooms and ₱4,000 for Executive Rooms is required for all hotel guests upon check-in. This amount is refundable if unutilized.
Children ages 11 years old and below are free of charge using existing bedding.
NO SMOKING POLICY: General Santos City is a Non-Smoking City. Under the City Ordinance No. 06 Series of 2015, violators will be apprehended. Avior Hotel is a non-smoking area. Guests found to be smoking inside the room will be levied for one night’s stay to cover deep cleaning expenses.
Damage to or loss of hotel property: Please report immediately to Front Desk any damages or broken fixtures for prompt repair. Guests are obliged to pay for any losses or damages to hotel property caused by themselves, their visitors, or any person for whom they are responsible.
Items borrowed from the Hotel shall be returned before check-out to avoid a replacement charge.
Bringing food & drinks inside the Hotel is not allowed. Durian, Marang, and Jackfruit are strictly not allowed inside the Hotel. Guests found to be keeping/eating the fruits mentioned inside the room will be levied for one night’s stay to cover deep cleaning expenses.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel property.
